1 bag frozen mixed veggies (carrots, green beans, peas, corn)
5 T butter
5 T flour
1 box organic chicken broth (or veggie broth)
2 C Bisquick and 1 C milk
salt and pepper to taste
Make gravy by melting butter, adding flour to brown, then whisk in the broth and add salt/pepper. While that is going heat the veggies in a saucepan. Mix veggies and gravy in a casserole dish. Top with Bisquick mixture. Bake 350 about 20 minutes until biscuit crust is golden brown.
** I have added potatoes before but forgot last time and liked it without.
